Accountant

Arkansas Baptist Children and Family Ministries has an opening for a degreed accountant on our finance team. Interested individuals need at least 1-2 years experience in a not-for-profit, private, or public accounting environment. The ideal candidate is an individual that is certified or is in the process of becoming certified with excellent computer skills and is very strong in Excel. Mission Advancement Team Coordinator
LOCATION | LITTLE ROCK
We are hiring a Mission Advancement Team Coordinator to join the Mission Advancement team at our Central Office in Little Rock. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about our mission, has strong organizational skills, who will be responsible for the daily operations of the Mission Advancement team which includes all areas of engagement: church partnership, volunteers, donors, events, and communications.

Caseworker

This position is responsible for case management services to children and families in our foster care division. Responsibilities include licensing, training, and supervising the home; assessing the needs of children and developing a case plan for each child. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in a human services related field.

Job duties could include: Receiving children from school transportation, provide instruction and assistance with school work, prepare provided after school snacks, and model healthy behavior.

Respite Foster Parents

Our campuses provide real homes and a real family environment for siblings in foster care. We have an immediate need at our Ranch campus for a respite family who shares our vision to impact children and families with the Gospel. Campus foster parents provide the loving stability that these brothers and sisters deserve, and give them hope of a healthy future. Located in the Ozark mountains, offering 400 acres of stunning views and a true Ranch life experience, the Arkansas Baptist Ranch provides a peaceful setting for foster families of siblings. Along with support from the community, the Ranch provides a strong support system for families. Our staff is committed to the families serving on campus, providing them support, meeting their needs, and ministering to them as they serve brothers and sisters. The Ranch offers weekly horseback riding and monthly campus events along with providing many new experiences for the kids. Each week, the campus staff hosts a prayer gathering for families at the Ranch Chapel to provide encouragement and support. Our four homes are designed to accommodate multiple children and provide a desirable space to relocate your family. We not only equip families with specialized training to meet the unique needs of caring for siblings. Families are also supported with professional services from our Connected Foster Care staff. Campus Foster Parents

Our campuses provide real homes and a real family environment for siblings in foster care. We have an immediate need at our flagship campus for couples who share our vision to impact children and families with the Gospel. Campus foster parents provide the loving stability that brothers and sisters deserve, and give them the hope of a healthy future. The Monticello campus is a peaceful setting where foster parents are provided the home to care for 4-6 siblings and a community of support through campus staff and resources. Some of those resources include a new swimming pool, horses, a fishing pond, and a basketball gym. Campus families are equipped with the services of a Connected Caseworker, a Connected Care Coach, and Respite support. In addition to housing, utilities, transportation, and board stipend are also provided. Foster parents have the opportunity to contribute to campus life with an on-campus job or advance their careers through jobs in the community. Each of our homes and the entire campus are newly updated to provide families and children the best support and environment possible. Your family can eternally impact childhoods and help restore families.
